CONDITIONS OF SALE
BUYERS PREMIUM 11 % INCL GST

1. The highest bidder shall be the buyer. In the event of any dispute as to the bidding in respect of any lot that lot may be offered again at the discretion of the Auctioneer whose decision shall be absolute and final.
2. The Auctioneer has the right to
a) refuse any bid.
b) to advance the bid at his absolute discretion
c) to place a reserve on any lot.
d) to place a bid or bids on behalf of the seller
e) to withdraw any lot from the sale
f) to require a successful bidder to pay forthwith the whole purchase price
3. The Auctioneer acts only as the agent of the seller and neither he nor the seller shall be responsible
for any defects or faults in any lot or for any errors of description or for it's authenticity, of any
lot and no compensation shall be paid in respect of same. From the time of the lot being sold such lot
will be the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Notwithstanding any other terms and conditions, if within 7 days after the sale, the collector shall receive from the buyer notice in writing accompanied by the written opinion of a competent expert or authority , that the property is a forgery and not later than 7 days after such notification the buyer return the property to The Collector in the same condition at the time of sale and satisfies The Collector that the property is a forgery, the purchase price shall be refunded.
5. Lots purchased may not be removed until payment in full has been made to the cashier and all payments shall be made immediately after sale by bank cheque, cash or personal cheque made payable to: Aussie-Collectables or by credit card. For amount in excess $1000 lots may not be removed until either the buyers cheque is cleared by the paying bank or the buyer presents a bank cheque for the total amount due or arrangements made with office prior to commencement of Auction.
6. BUYERS’ PREMIUM there is a 11% buyer’s premium on this sale. (2.5%+ Credit Cards eg: Amex, Visa & Master-card)
7. All associated costs of items purchased and collection of those items is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
